BURNETT, Judge.
This is an appeal by two debtors and a guarantor from a judgment holding all of them liable for an unpaid obligation arising from a purchase of equipment on credit. Although the appellants ask us to decide fifteen separately stated issues, the case really turns upon two basic questions: (1) whether the district court correctly determined the existence and amount of the unpaid obligation, and (2) whether the district court erred in holding the guarantor, Gordon Nielson, liable upon the obligation.
