In this worker’s compensation nonsub-scriber tort case, ReadyOne Industries, Inc. appeals the order denying its motion to compel arbitration. We reverse and remand.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Alleging he sustained an on-the-job injury, Robert Casillas sued ReadyOne for negligence. After answering, ReadyOne moved to compel arbitration and to stay the proceedings pending arbitration pursuant to an agreement signed by Casil-las.
