11'Whitney May Bonilla appeals the trial court judgment granting an exception of prematurity filed by Jefferson Parish Hospital Service District #3, Parish of Jefferson, d/b/a East Jefferson General Hospital (“EJGH”), which dismissed without prejudice Ms. Bonilla’s administrative negligence claim against the hospital administrators.
