MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BRODERICK, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the plaintiff’s Motion for a New Trial. Plaintiff, Belmont Industries, Inc. (Belmont), filed this private antitrust action on December 18, 1970 against the Bethlehem Steel Corporation (Bethlehem). Belmont asserted a cause of action under 15 United States Code, Sections 15 and 26 (the Clayton Act);1 and alleged, inter alia,2 that Bethlehem had violated the antitrust laws of the United States, specifically 15 United States Code, Section 2 (the Sherman Act).3 Belmont alleged that from at least as early as…
