APPEAL IN RE 'MANDATE OF FUNDS
GIYAN, Justice.
On September 7, 1989, the Honorable Thomas L. Ryan, Judge of the Allen Circuit Court, issued two orders mandating payment of certain funds. In cause number 672, the court ordered increases of salary for its Administrator/Director of Court Services/Bailiff and also ordered that its secretary be reclassified from a part-time position to a full-time position.
