liA Drew County jury convicted appellant Joseph “Joe” Donaldson of third-degree domestic battery and felony fleeing, and sentenced him as a habitual offender to concurrent sentences of one year and six years’ imprisonment, respectively, in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Donaldson’s sole point on appeal challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
