W H. "DUB" ARNOLD, Chief Justice,. The this case, Scharel Ann Burley, appeals from a Washington County Circuit Court order denying her motion for directed verdict and denying her motion in limine. Burley raises two points on appeal: (1) the evidence introduced at trial was insufficient to support the jury’s verdict of guilty on the charge of murder in the second-degree; and (2) the trial court abused its discretion in denying defendant’s motion in limine to exclude from evidence an investigation of alleged child abuse by the defendant against another child. We affirm.
