Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hayes, J.), rendered October 2,1980, convicting him of rape in the first degree, burglary in the second degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed.
