This is a case concerning the Defendants’ alleged violation of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (“RLUIPA”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000cc. Now before the Court are Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court heard oral argument on August 18, 2004.
