OPINION OF THE COURT

VAN DUSEN, Circuit Judge.

This case is before the court on a second appeal which was taken from an order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff-appellant Haskins initiated this action by filing a Libel in Admiralty in the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the appellee, Point Towing Co., the motor vessel H. E. Bowles, and Bulk Towing, Inc. In his “First Cause of Action” plaintiff sought recovery for personal injuries sustained in a fall on November 28, 1964, while going ashore on ship’s business on the alternative grounds of…
