This case sequels the persistent efforts of the Green-Boots Construction Company and its predecessor, extending over a period of more than 20 years, to enforce a claim for payment of $155,576.44 covering alleged items of loss incurred in the construction of approximately 15 miles of Bates type reinforced concrete pavement between Dewey, Okla., and the Kansas line in Washington county, Okla.
