Ramona A. Becker was granted a divorce from Calvin' J. Becker in May 1975. A stipulation and property settlement agreement entered into by the parties was found to be fair and equitable and apparently in the best interests of the children, and was incorporated in the court’s findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the divorce decree.'
