By interlocutory and final decrees of divorce the Superior Court of Marin County awarded plaintiff Vashta McClure alimony in the sum of $100 a month. Thereafter, on March 4, 1927,'almost four years and a half after entry of the final decree, said court modified the provision for alimony by relieving defendant Richard Alfred McClure from thereafter paying any sum whatever for the support of plaintiff.
