This case involves allegations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC” or the “plaintiff’) of sex discrimination, retaliation, and constructive discharge against Rappaport, Hertz, Cher-son & Rosenthal, P.C. (“RHCR” or the “defendant”) pursuant to Title VII of the CM Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”).
