This case involves allegations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) of sex discrimination, retaliation, and constructive discharge against the law firm Rappaport, Hertz, Cherson & Rosenthal, P.C. (“Rappaport Hertz” or the “defendant”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17 (“Title VII”).
