Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), entered January 31, 2006, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in three proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
Petitioner and respondent are the parents of two daughters (born in 1994 and 1997). The parties are married, but respondent left the marital residence with the children.
