This is a special proceeding by Zoeth Houser to review the action of the County Court of Umatilla County in the matter of its refusal to allow his claim, amounting to the *487sum of $35.75, for money expended on account of railway fares, livery hire and hotel bills while in the performance ‘of his official duties within said county as the sheriff thereof.
