' THIS CASE came before the Court for a final evidentiary hearing in the above-referenced adversary proceeding.

The Debtor, Richard Hall Eisinger, commenced this action by filing a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt. In the Complaint, the Debtor acknowledged that he owed the Defendants, Daniel F. Zito and Edith M. Zito (the Zitos), the sum of $30,000 at the time that he filed his petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor asserts, however, that he inadvertently omitted the…
