• This is. a proceeding in error for the review of an order denying a motion for an order of injunction pending the action. It appears from the petition that certain personal and private letters written by the plaintiff, Mary E. King, were sent through the ordinary mails to and received by the plaintiff, Francis S. King, and the possession of which was surreptitiously and clandestinely obtained by the defendant, Margaret E.
