MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

SPATT, District Judge.

This is a motion by the plaintiff to amend her complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a). This action arises under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), alleging discrimination on the basis of sex. In January, 1988, the plaintiff filed a charge of employment discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). The EEOC determined that Croce failed to establish a violation of Title VII. Croce then commenced this Title VII action on June 27, 1989. No demand for a jury trial was made since at that time it…
