Plaintiff claims damages, charging that the defendants unlawfully entered certain premises of the plaintiff situated at Wailuku, Maui, took and converted to their use certain hogs, *569horses, wagons, weighing machines and other property used by the plaintiff in conducting the business of buying, selling and slaughtering beef cattle and other animals, and excluded the plaintiff from said premises and business and assumed absolute-control of the same.
