Tbis is an action of ejectment to recover the land known as Onoulimaloo, on the Island of Molokai, to which the plaintiff claims title in fee simple. The defendant, Kapiolani Estate, Limited, also claims ownership in fee simple, the defendant Brown being its lessee. The case was tried jury waived and judgment was entered in the circuit court for the defendants. The plaintiff brings exceptions.
