This case stems from a most unfortunate traffic mishap in which two young men were killed and a third was seriously injured.
On the night of May 1, 1954, Joe Holt, Paul Norton and Cecil Smith attended the picture show in Jasper and Started home on the Mt. Judea gravel road in a 1%-ton truck, driven by Joe Holt and owned by Otis Holt, his father.
