Plaintiff Arrie Prosser filed this action claiming Defendant Thiele Kaolin paid her unequal wages and retaliated against her by suspending and terminating her in violation of the EPA and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1928, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 at seq. Presently before the Court are the Parties’ cross motions for *1346summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, the Court DENIES both Motions for Summary Judgment [Doc. 22 & Doc. 24].
