This case is the result of an automobile collision which occurred October 24, 1935, at a right angle country road intersection in the northern part of Spokane county. Plaintiff, a rural mail carrier, was proceeding north, in the course of delivering his mail. Respondent was driving, in an easterly direction, a Dodge truck loaded with cans of milk. The automobiles collided at a point a little to the north of the center of the intersection.
