October 2,1930, at about eleven o’clock a. m., plaintiff John C. Strouse was driving east on west Eighty-third street, in the city of Seattle. Defendants’ employee, Cahail, was driving defendants’ Ford delivery truck north on Sixth avenue northwest. A collision occurred near the center of the intersection of the streets mentioned. Plaintiffs brought suit to recover for property damage and personal injuries. The cause came on for trial in the superior court, and, at the conclusion of the testimony introduced by plaintiffs, defendants challenged the sufficiency thereof, and moved the court to…
