T1 Respondent/Appellant James Fred Hill "(Hill), Personal Representative of the Estate of Hubert M. Perry (Mr. Perry), appeals from the trial court's decision that Ruth L. Jones-Perry (Mrs. Jones-Perry), deceased, survived her husband Mr. Perry, so that the Uniform Simultaneous Death Act 1 (the Act) was not applicable to the determination of heirs in the respective probate cases.
