OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Ann Hiddens appeals pro se from a decision of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas which adopted the decision of the magistrate which overruled appellant's motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Civ. R. 60(B).

{¶ 2} On September 15, 2005, Hiddens filed the motion for relief from judgment. A hearing was held on said motion on November 10, 2005. After the hearing, the magistrate allowed Hiddens to file a supplemental memorandum in support of her Civ. R. 60(B) motion.
