Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company (“Penn National”) has filed a declaratory judgment action in diversity against Wendy Perlberg and Ryan Leigh Realty (collectively the “Perlberg defendants”) with regard to its obligations under an insurance policy it issued to them.1 Now pending before the court is New Hampshire Insurance Company’s (“New Hampshire’s”) motion to intervene as a co-defendant as a matter of right pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a)(2) or, in the alternative, by the permission of the court pursuant…
