CAMERON, Chief Judge.

Defendant, David Eugene Van Dorn, after a plea of guilty was adjudged guilty of the crime of grand theft (§ 13-661 and § 13-663 A.R.S.), and was sentenced to serve a term of not less than 2 nor more than 5 years (§ 13-671 A.R.S.) in the Arizona State Prison at Florence. Notice of appeal was filed in propria persona and the Public *229Defender’s Office was appointed to represent him before this Court.

The Public Defender filed a brief which stated:

“The Public Defender has thoroughly studied the record in the lower court in this case and can find no reversible error to complain…
