In the first case against Sol Cohn, he was held under presentment, in the criminal court of Davidson county, for selling liquors on Sunday, and, in the second case, for selling cigarette papers, contrary to the statute applicable to such case. In each of the three cases against-Charles Perkins and Lem Horton, they were likewise held for selling intoxicating liquors on Sunday.
