Third-party plaintiff Total Petroleum appeals as of right from an order of the lower court granting third-party defendant Car-mac Contractors’ motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(0(10), no genuine issue of material fact. We affirm.

Plaintiffs John and Sandra Gruett filed suit against Total Petroleum for injuries John received while employed as a pipe fitter by Carmac Contractors.
