MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

FREEDMAN, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This case is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction to allow them to post political signs on their private property in support of candidates running for President of the United States. Plaintiffs allege that the act of displaying such signs is illegal under the Town of Longmeadow’s general and zoning by-laws, and that the threat of prosecution deprives them of valued First Amendment rights.
