We withdraw our previous opinion, dated July 25, 2017, and published at 847 F.3d Í261, and issue this published opinion:
Florida death row inmate Robert Rim-mer appeals the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C., § 2254 petition for writ of habeas corpus. At issue in this appeal is Rimmer’s claim that the prosecution failed to disclose evidence in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), and that therefore he is entitled to a new trial as to his convictions.
