Christopher Wayne Johnson (“defendant”) appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to dismiss the charges alleged in the indictment of “unlawfully, willfully and feloniously” selling and deliv ering cocaine to “Detective Dunabro” at the close of the State’s casein-chief.
