Appellants, Julia Neagle, Mary Manning and Agnes Carroll, who are sisters, filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county against their sister-in-law, Elizabeth Neagle, to establish a constructive trust in certain real estate at the corner of Halsted and Polk streets, in the city of Chicago. Upon issue being joined the cause was referred to a master to take the evidence and report his conclusions.
