Appellant brought this suit in the circuit court of Peoria county against appellee, a corporation of Battle Creek, Michigan, engaged in thé manufacture and sale of threshing machinery at that place, to recover $1023.60, the aggregate of twenty-four checks, which created an overdraft of that amount in appellee’s bank account. The declaration was in the common counts with an itemized account showing the amount of each check, and the plea was the general issue.
