Kimberly Clark and Sentry Claims Service (collectively, Employer) petition for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a denial of their application for supersede-as fund reimbursement pursuant to Section 443(a) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act).1
