Gallagher Bassett Services (Gallagher) appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of Workers’ Compensation Judge Thomas J. Hines (WCJ Hines) denying Gallagher’s request for reimbursement from the Supersedeas Fund.
