This appeal was brought to determine the respective liabilities of two insurance companies, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, hereinafter referred to as “Hartford,” and American Employers’ Insurance Company of Boston, Massachusetts, hereinafter referred to as “Employers,” to pay bodily injury liability to the plaintiffs, Ray mond L.
