Plaintiff/counterdefendant Dearborn Heights School District No. 7 appeals as of right from the circuit court’s decision on a motion for summary disposition enforcing an arbitration award and denying a motion to vacate the award in favor of counter-plaintiffs. We reverse and remand.
On April 18, 1994, the school district’s interim superintendent filed tenure charges against counter-plaintiff Sherrie Adis pursuant to the teacher tenure act.
