Roger Lee Thompson appeals from a judgment by jury conviction of two counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14 years (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (a)) and findings as to each count that he “made friends with said child victim for the purpose of committing an act in violation of Penal Code section 288,” within the meaning of Penal Code section 1203.066, subdivision (a)(3).
