Appellant Great American Products (“Great American”) appeals the district court’s judgment that Great American take nothing in its suit against appellee Perma-bond International (“Permabond”). Great American sued Permabond on a variety of tort, extra-contractual, statutory, and contract theories, claiming that Permabond sold defective adhesive which caused certain product failures and economic losses.
