Barney Barnett d/b/a Superior Built Construction appeals the trial court’s judg ment, entered following a jury verdict, in favor of Coppell North Texas Court, Ltd. (“CNTC”), NTC Lewis, Inc. (“NTC”), North Texas Gymnastics Academy, Inc. (“NTGA”), David J. Lewis, and Wanda M. Lewis.
