These are petitions for compensation under the workmen’s compensation act which were docketed in the workmen’s compensation commission as No. 63-1262 and No. 63-1283. They were tried together before the trial commissioner but a separate decree was entered in each case.

No. 63-1262 is the employee’s petition to review a preliminary agreement for compensation on the ground that petitioner is presently partially incapacitated. At the conclusion of the hearing the trial commissioner entered a decree denying the petition. Upon petitioner’s appeal therefrom the full commission affirmed such decree…
