This is an original petition for benefits under the workmen’s compensation act. The case is before this court on the employee’s1 appeal from a decree of the full commission affirming a decree of the trial commissioner in which he denied and dismissed the employee’s petition on the ground that he had failed to establish by a fair preponderance of the credible evidence that his loss of earning capacity was work-connected.
