This is an appeal by an employee from a decree of the Workers’ Compensation Commission 1 denying and dismissing her petition for payment of certain medical expenses and litigation fees.

The employee, Mary Mastronardi, suffered a compensable injury in December 1971 while working for her employer, Zayre Corporation. She entered into a preliminary agreement with the employer in which the latter agreed to pay weekly compensation.
