Lease-A-Fleet, Inc. (“LAF” or “Debtor”) filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Presently before the court are three appeals of various Orders issued by the bankruptcy court which are all related and therefore addressed collectively in this opinion. Appellant Morse Operations, Inc. d/b/a Lauderhill Leasing (“Morse”) appeals the following two rulings: (1) by Order dated September 5,1991, the court ruled that under an Order it had previously issued, dated July 15, 1991, Morse was not entitled to 75.8% of certain payments made by…
