The contested matters at issue in the instant Chapter 13 bankruptcy case of SCOTT ROTHMAN a/k/a Dr. Scott Rothman (“the Debtor”), present two issues: (1) the Debt- or’s objection (“the Debtor’s Objection”) to the proof of claim filed by Andrew L. Mozino, the executor of the estate of Joseph S. Mozi-no, a/k/a J.S.
