This is an original proceeding by the Travelers Insurance Company to review an award of the Industrial Commission in favor of T. I). Grimes, claimant, for an injury to the claimant sustained on the 26th day of February, 1929, while employed by Ponca City in the city park department as a, teamstex-, engaged in hauling fertilizer in the city park to be used in the upkeep of the park. After hearing the evidence the Commission awarded the claimant compensation. The petitioner urges that the employment in which the claimant was engaged at the time of the injury was not a hazai'dous occupation…
